Step 2 - Assess core competencies


Our assessment centres identify the sales performers of the future. We are not looking for experience, instead we are testing for evidence of the key traits that today’s sales winners demonstrate. The assessment process is a rigorous combination of tests, presentations, group and individual activities. These draw out the graduates’ core skills and abilities.

Each of our assessment centre tasks are designed to demonstrate the competencies that candidates have in each of the following areas:

  • The ability to communicate
  • Work under pressure
  • Present persuasive arguments
  • Process large amounts of data
  • An analytical approach to problem solving
  • The ability to influence and persuade
  • Ambition, drive, resilience and determination
  • Verbal and numerical reasoning

It’s tough, only a few will make it through the day. Those that do are truly the performers of tomorrow.
