All the graduates who make it to one of our assessment centres get put through the paces. Each completes a series of individual and group exercises, practical business simulations and a battery of behavioural, psychometric and competency tests.
And to prove it, we are the only company in this field to hold full Charted Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) status, awarded in recognition of the high standards which we apply throughout our assessment and selection process.
