The year long training program that every graduate receives, begins with a week focusing on the selling skills that are essential to make a flying start to their career before they join your business.

Our Institute of Sales Professionals accredited course is designed using accelerated learning techniques. This enables the theory of sales to be taught in interactive sessions that force home practical application in the real world.

Subsequent modular sales courses are scheduled for 3, 6 and 9 months time. Flexible training modules are selected in consultation with the employer and the graduate’s personal performance coach, based on their role and development requirements at the time.
