You should expect to spend 3-4 hours at the centre with up to 24 other graduates and because it is a competitive and challenging environment you will be tired when you leave.
We understand that you may be nervous and after registration and coffee, we provide a briefing about the day which should put you at ease and help to calm any nerves.
Whilst the day can be daunting, it should also be fun and we want you to relax and enjoy the experience.
Our assessors can be identified by their clipboards and will be in the background during the exercises, they will not directly interact with you, so please try to not think about them and focus on the task.
The only exercise that you can prepare for is your presentation (and you will find plenty of advice in your invite pack) so don’t worry too much about getting things wrong. In reality we care much more about how you conduct yourself than the answers that you give.
You will be notified of your success before you leave and are welcome to contact us three days after the event for personal feedback if you have been unsuccessful. |
