Hayley Field
This dynamic young lady really impressed us with her drive and enthusiasm when she attended our assessment centre. Hayley was offered roles by the first three companies to interview her but she was holding out for company where she could really feel at home. After listening to her career aspirations 1st Place helped Hayley to secure a role with a large media sales company.

“I had always wanted to get onto a graduate development program but after meeting with some smaller companies I thought they lacked the career structure that would help me to reach my goals. I liked the way 1st Place listened to my needs, helped me find the right company and didn’t force me to take the first role I was offered.”

Hayley began a graduate program in London and supported by 1st Place’s coaching program she was a huge success. After completing her training program Hayley was selected for a fast-track management program and, after a year, switched careers into a creative advertising role.
