Graduate Scheme - Business Development – Central London
Salary: £22k, £40k OTE, shares included
My client is looking for several new recruits to join their existing Business Development team. The company consists of industry experts who have on average fifteen years’ experience each. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career in Business Development with an IT & Technology focus.
My client has an interesting business structure in that whilst all of their consultants are responsible for new business development with clients, they also have a dedicated team to expand the company’s list of clients. It is this team’s responsibility to identify new target companies, engage with them and finally to turn that company into a client.
They already work with an impressive list of Blue Chip Clients – and they are the fastest growing recruitment company in the UK, according to the Sunday Times Fasttrack 100.
They are keen to get you up and running as soon as possible but want to ensure that you are at a sufficient level to be able to carry the company’s impressive reputation within the industry. As a result, your training and development are heavily invested in and ongoing support is provided throughout your career.
The markets they operate in are hungry to do business; the right candidate will excel in this role and find themselves developing business relationships quickly.

If you think you have what it takes, you will be eligible for a great starting salary of £22000 and be likely to earn £40000 in your first year. You’ll also receive shares in the company as part of your employment contract.
