£19,000 basic, £30k OTE

The leading media giant in the UK is looking to recruit a self-motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee ofr their International Event Sales team within Telecoms, Media & Technology.

Your role will be initially as a Delegate Sales Executive and will involve selling a mixture of sponsorship and individual conference sales within your tripartite division. Your job will be varied, fun and will give you an exciting insight into the bustling and competitve world of corporate conference sales.

You will be speaking with C-level and senior executives and earning commission straight from your very first sale on high-end packages; making this a very lucrative Graduate opportunity. Along with financial rewards the company also boasts a very team-driven company culture with financial incentives, company night-outs and some seriously competitive internal five-a-side football to keep even the most energetic professional busy!

Training: You will be paired up with a senior account manager who will mentor you through your first year, helping to ensure your success and train you into some of the most important consultative sales techniques in Event Sales. Successful Graduates have gone on to become Business Development Managers whilst other have entered other areas of the business.
