Graduate Trainee Financial Recruitment Consultant

Job: Financial Recruitment Consultant, In Central London with a basic of £20,000 - 22,000! If you have a keen interest in Finance but are looking for a more career with a faster pace and less bureaucracy then a career in recruitment could be right for you.

To succeed in financial recruitment it is important you can speak the language of finance. You will be liaising with CEOs and Directors of big international corporations therefore your communication skills must be exceptionally strong.

My clients are looking for Graduates to join their fast growing team in Central London, They have high expectations and will ask you to work hard, however if you are the type of person looking for the kind of rewards and benefits they are offering this will not be the slightest concern to you! You will be working on some of the highest paid jobs around meaning the commission you could be taking home will be significant.

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals; your desk is essentially your own business. You will have to have the drive and motivation to develop new business streams and the skill to negotiate and close deals.

In order to be successful securing this role you will need:

• A 2.1 degree from a good university (2.2 will be considered)
• A strong business acumen
• A personable and professional attitude
• Good work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly
