Their senior consultants aren’t just recruiters they are business consultants. They formulate strategic hiring plans for their FTSE250 clients, liaising with CEOs and senior managers. Your career progression includes more than just rising to management level.

The company will support you throughout your training. They have a structured online training programme and also hold monthly seminars to increase your knowledge of the IT and Technology industries as well as Sales training.

Having just relocated to larger offices in the prestigious Heron Tower; they are in a good position to begin growing their team even further. They take the hiring of new recruits very seriously; they invest a lot of time and money into each Graduate so it is essential you have the following skills.

• A 2.1 degree from a good University (2.2 accepted with work experience)
• A strong desire to get into Recruitment
