Central London - £18-20k, £35k OTE

Several opportunities have arisen to join a Sunday Times Fasttrack 100 Pharmaceutical Recruitment company based in Reading, Berkshire. Supplying into the 4th biggest industry in the UK, they work with 90% of the market including Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis.

Since their inception they have enjoyed continuous and consistent growth and are currently expanding into the European markets, and planning to supply into the Asia –Pacific market.

As a Graduate Trainee your role will be to conduct telephone interviews, advertise prospective roles, communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis and manage the full recruitment cycle, enabling you to grow into a well-rounded business person. This role comes with a great deal of responsibility, however the intensive 3 month training programme will ensure that you have the skills required to become an accomplished recruitment consultant, a leading light in the future of this industry. Relevant courses will be paid for by the company to promote your career development.

You will be expected to work hard, but the rewards for hitting targets are sure to motivate. They include lunches in Michelin starred restaurants, all expenses paid trips abroad and a week’s extra paid holiday and £1000 bonus for meeting yearly targets.

This is an ideal role for a Graduate looking to gain industry experience in a more commercial environment. An understanding and interest in both the Recruitment and Biomedical/Pharmaceutical industries is essential, as is a degree from a good university. You don’t need a relevant degree, just the ability to learn quickly and the drive and motivation to succeed.
