You will be placing candidates of every level from graduate through to director, helping international companies secure the services of the best marketing and communications talent in the world.

Marcomms recruitment companies work in a variety of different ways on both a contingency and retained basis. Contingency tends to be for lower level positions whilst retained tends to be for more senior level roles. You may well find yourself working on a contingency and retained basis for the same client.

Marcomms recruitment covers a variety of different markets: Marketing & Advertising, Market Research, Design & Branding, Experiential & Events, Digital, Integrated, and Public Relations. You’ll place people into roles such as Account Executives, Marketing Directors, PR Managers and Communications Officers.

Much like finance, this is an international market and so those with modern language skills may well find they come in particularly handy!
