An international tech firm is looking to hire an ambitious, data-driven, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who would like to drive, manage, and ultimately own their entire digital marketing process. 

What will you do?

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work with both internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of digital marketing, including strategy & planning, reporting, SEO, ad management, social media, email, content creation, website management, and reporting. Key to the success of this candidate is the ability to identify trends, optimize performance, and make informed suggestions to the wider team. 

The main elements of the role will be:

  • Strategy & Planning - implementing existing strategies as well as suggesting and developing new strategies to support our company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Reporting - a crucial part of the role, you must be able to clearly communicate data and trends to internal stakeholders, and be ready to offer your opinion as to how to improve these.
  • SEO - using search to help capture new opportunities for clients, track performance and identify where content is most needed to capture relevant traffic.
  • Ad management - owning the creation of ads & managing the performance of campaigns across social (LinkedIn, Twitter) & search (Google Ads).
  • Social media - creating and maintaining our LinkedIn and Twitter pages.
  • Email - Creating and implementing digital campaigns (nurture & lead gen) that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Website management - reviewing site performance, refining the UX, creating landing pages, and updating content within the website content management systems to optimize the user experience.

Requirements

  • Digital marketing experience in a technology company, B2B SaaS preferred
  • Experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, lead generation, positioning, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce and marketing automation tools, preferably Marketo.
  • Ability to market online via SEO, paid advertising, email, and social media
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to build great working relationships
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and detail oriented
  • Strong empathy for customers (customer-first mentality) and an unwillingness to compromise on user-centred design of processes
  • Proficiency in market research and statistical analysis
