The Legal Product Analyst role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for recent Law graduates to gain valuable experience within the legal sector. As a recent law graduate you will gain experience not only in the must have technology in the legal sector but also hands on with documents and contracts.
The successful candidates will be a part of the team responsible for helping the algorithm recognise standard legal concepts, carrying out legal analysis of contracts using the platform in order to support our clients and continuous testing and improving of the machine learning.
Classification of legal concepts for machine learning purposes;
Regular assessments of algorithm performance and developing suggestions for its improvements;
Developing recognition of legal concepts in foreign languages;
Providing in-depth legal analysis of the customers’ documents with the help of machine learning to solve complex legal problems and demonstrate the power of AI;
Providing clients with reports and presentations of the results of the AI-powered legal analysis.
The product accelerates and enhances legal contract review projects by readings and understanding contracts and other legal documents. It works in any language, finding significant information and anomalies without any instruction. No set-up or customisation is required, the software can be ready to use on the first project in under a day.
Whether used for due diligence, compliance, insurance or contract management, it adds value to a legal team, freeing lawyers to focus on what matters and is already in use by many of the world’s top law firms.
The Ideal Candidate for the Legal Product Analyst role:
You will have graduated with a minimum of a 2:1 from a top 200 global University with a Law degree.
Likely to have been accepted onto a Training contract and looking to gain experience before starting.
Enthusiasm about technology and its application to the legal sector;
Self-discipline, accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work both in team and on the individual tasks;
Creative approach to non-trivial, complex legal tasks.
The following will be major advantages in applying for the role:
Candidates who speak a second language like German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian or Portuguese very welcome.
Previous exposure to legal practice, specifically contract review, property law, corporate law
